Can someone tell me if there is any free software that allows :

1:  Calculation of Horsepower etc. given engine statistics.

2:  Simulates 1/4 mile times/performance given engine, weight and
transmission stats ?

I used to have a program called Quarter Jr. that allowed you to input car
statistics and it would give approximate 1/4 mile times.  I will look for this
program to see who makes it or if it is shareware.  I may not have the program
anymore though so is there anyone else out there that knows anything about it?
