F1RS Steering dead zone etc

I can't seem to remove the large steering dead zone. I have set up my
wheel as a normal joystick, custom joystick etc and I can't seem to fix
this. Also how do you determine if traction control etc is on, I've read
the manual front to back and can't find anything?
Thanks

I had the same problem and fixed it by setting my wheel&pedal as custom in
Window and checking the box "Is a race car controller".

This way the wheel&pedals are recognized with linear instead of log
resistors.

I hope this is helpfull.

Guy,

I had this problem and fixed iy be setting the whell up as a T2 with
axis adaptor in Win95 control panel (it is actually a GP500). Hope
this helps.
