Here's another one of my brilliant ideas:

Since a lot of steering wheels have limp *** bands that do not allow
proper centering, wouldn't it be useful to create an optional deadzone of
about 5 degrees (or whatever you want it to be)  either side of the wheel?

OK Byron, and Co.  entertain me with some more of your delightful flames.

Try this Chuck, use direct input instead of optimised in the joystick set
up. Your joystick is then controlled from W95 which is the same as is
available in every other w95 game. You then set up a wheel in game
controllers.
This is all that is expected from a game company having optimised settings
and in game calibration is an unexpected extra that I am very happy about.
If you have limp *** then fix your wheel.

Just a small question.....

I have my *** bands unlimp to the extent that the steering wheel
actually self-centres.  Does anybody else have this problem?  How do I make
my *** bands go limp so that I also can belong to the limp *** bands
brigade?
