F1RS Ver. 1.04 patch problems!!!!!!!!!

I run the patch but keep getting an error!

Unable to update the file ".\cpa\dll\\dxinput3.dll."

I press the OK button and then it tells me Unable to update the file
".\cpa\dll\\dxinput5.dll".

Whats going on?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
