Should the spotter work in the demo or was it left out?  If it is supposed to work can anyone give me a suggestion on how to make it work.

I wish it did because the mirror is TOTALLY useless.

Not if you fix it.  Go to your .plr file in the Save directory.

While you're there, to improve the car textures, change the following

AI max texture size="0" // 0=Off  (Default is "512")

If this much is still ISI code, then it doesnt sound too good for
multiplayer if everyone is gonna have their own settings and physics again
