I had the EXACT same problem, and made almost the EXACT same post a while
back. Sardian is all about setup, I think. After tuning the setup and
turning lots of laps to find the braking points, turn-in points, etc., I
finally got down to the 1:01 range. Also FWIW, I think I changed from the
M3 to a 911. I'm a BMW fan, so this pained me, and the loaded Bimmer blows
the doors AND fenders off the 911, but it's easier to upgrade the 911 more
quickly, which helps at Sardian. A win at Chatham will give you the cash to
make a 911 MUCH more competitive (at the lower levels, anyway) than a
comparable M3. This was what I discovered, anyway.
