GPL- Acceptable Frame rates

Dear GPL Gurus,

As many of you  know I had lowly HP P166 with a Diamond Voodoo1 card where I
could not run GPL above 13 fps and In the meantime I got hooked on
NROS/ten/N2 and have had a lot of fun and a lot of bad luck with boots etc.

Now I've got a custom built PIII 450 with a Viper 550 card with a single
Diamond Monster 3dII card and now GPL really runs.  Sliding sideways all the
way through the turns on those ovals is WILD.

Now, does GPL have a Maximum FPS? What should I be running in practice with
a few cars and what should it be running with 10-15 cars on the track ?????

Just a few questions I'd like to know to see if I'm on the same level as
others with the same type setup !!

AS ALWAYS THANKS !

The fps counter max is 36, you may rarely see a blip above that. With your
system you should be able to turn on all graphics and ai cars and get 36 before
you shift to 2nd gear.
JM, worth every penny wasn't it?
