Looks potentially fun and interesting.  It mentions improvements in
the graphics engine over Rally Trophy, but what is happenning in the
physics department?

It actually uses a refined and even more accurate version of RT's physics
engine beneath everything. :)

Looking forward to it, RT was a pretty decent first effort even though
it didn't quite live up to my expectations, but then again I have high
expectations :-)

Pretty good choice of racing too, the "poor man's Rallycross", it's
something that most people in Europe can identify themselves with and
the racing is intense

Beers and cheers

AY CARAMBA :)

In danish this is called "folker?s" directly translated to
"peoplesracing".... there is a small dirttrack close to all midsize towns
here and we love this cheap and dirty approach to racing. Let's get it on ;)

*applause*

I like the concept.  If you can improve the realism if only a tiny bit
and make the career mode truly compelling, this could quite possibly
be my favorite sim for a long time to come.

Er, that is, I mean, it's no GPL, but it could be good. =)

"Accurate feel in the vehicle dynamics giving enough feel of presence for
the most dedicated racing enthusiast with a console."

If you can honestly remove the last 3 words, I'll buy it.

Can you make Group N Rally Trophy after this? I'm dying to try out an EVO or
WRX in your physics engine :)

Thanks,
Alex

Excellent.  It's a very good engine but it does suffer from LFS Rallicross
syndrome i.e. the gravel behaves like a slippery version of the tarmac
rather than having true gravel properties.

Agreeeed! I'm a HUGE fan of Rally Trophy, and I would have loved to see an
expansion pack involving WRC cars. This new game looks really fun too,
although I am completely unfamiliar with what it's trying to simulate.

how about multiplayer? What I read on the site mostly mentioned
direct link consoles and splitscreen. How about online play
over the net?
