Ok, I'm in...

Sierra account has been created as: L_Bles_RAS.

I will be keeping the #98 Car.

Car name will be RAS_98_L_Bles.cup.car

For a while the car will either be one I copy over from the game, or a plain
car with wood numbers nailed up on the sides.  I have no time for painting
right now.  I wish Papy would have created a car paint converter as it seems
to waste everyone's hard painting work just because the game changed
slightly :(

See you at the track!

You're in Larry.

BTW, the car templates are only slightly different.  I converted four
cars in one day (two of them for both hi-res and standard-res) when
the templates first came out.

I have to re-do Mitch's car when Brian Simpson re-releases the dodge
template with the new nose treatment...

Actually John I don't care that its a Dodge.  If it's easier to make a chevy
then go for it.

Is it just a "Stretch & Smooth" deal, or are there major placement problems
?

No, you actually have to transfer the old paintjob a piece at a time.
It's much simpler to do if you have the layered PSP/PSD file from the
NR2K2 paintjob.  Transferring from a tga would be more difficult, but
only because you pretty much have to start from scratch, but at least
you'd have an example to work from.
