Is there any known problems with this combination. I have fully installed
Motoracer but cannot get anything to show up. The screen just goes blank
when I start the game.

I have had similar problems with this combination myself, not sure what the
cause is, but I do know that if after starting Moto Racer you hit alt-enter
to force it into windowed mode it seems to work okay. It does not like to
start out full screen. After it gets into the race you can hit alt-enter
again to put it back into full screen mode.
