I know it's been posted here a million times but I'm a newby so one more
time,please. How do drive from the roll bar view? Thanks in advance!

Go into your Player.ini file,  under the section [Personal Information]
change DrivingView =1, to =12, then save the file.  When your in the game
don't touch the F10 key or your Player.ini file will default back to =1.
