I am having trouble with my Thrustmaster at the moment. It keeps losing its
calibration after a couple of minutes use. This happens in any sim that I
play, such as N3, GPL, Toca Touring Cars 2, CMR,

any ideas? do I just need to take it apart and clean it?

That wheel is pure cack... trash it and buy a better one. I bought mine
and 2 weeks after it started loosing calibration after 30 min of racing
(pulling left and right randomnly). You always get your money's worth.

I had the same problem, though taking it to pieces, then cleaning &
rebuilding didn't do a thing for it. I even gave up out of sheer frustration
& went the FF route.

I know that doesn't help much, but you aren't alone!

I'm probably the only one whos actually happy with this thing (other than the
god awful pedals).  Mine had a few calibration problems when i used the TM
calibration but when I used custom calibration it works fine.  HOWEVER...some
games dont like MY setup so I have to go back to the TM version.  But its
really not to bad now.  I cleaned the pots and whatnot and it runs fine.  I'm
thinking of getting a LWFF though when I get some money...I'm finally getting
sick of these stupid pedals.

My other Brother-in-law (the one that does not make his own wheels and
pedals!) has a Sprint. He was having problems with the wheel not
turning to the right, it would turn left well, just not right. Took it
apart and was going to replace the pot . . . SO . . .  I took it to my
brother-in-law that makes, wheels and pedals, and he noticed that the
connector to the steering pot was slipping. We put some glue/epoxy of
some sort on it and all is well. I could never drive with them dinky
pedals!

Geez, you guys are tough on wheels...My first T1 wheel lasted for about a year
before I had to replace anything.  I broke a spring...

I have the same problem.  I believe it is a software problem.  I wish they would
update the driver.
