Greetings,
Does anyone know if it's possible to race the F3 and F2 cars offline? I
can't seem to find anything in the manual alluding to these being anything
other than trainers. Am I missing something obvious?

Novice trainer is F3, and Advanced trainer is F2.
You have to edit the player.ini file and set driverRating = 1 for F3
(2=F2, 3=F1). You can read more about it on Alison Hines pages
