GPL help, Please...

here goes...
I have GPL set up on 2 computers. (Computer 1 = P4 1.8 and Computer 2 = PII
400)
Both have been working fine for months.
Yesterday I tried to run GPL on Comp 2 and I got an error that says "COULD
NOT LOAD TRACK"
No matter what track I tried the same thing happens. Okay, bummer but I
thought Oh well, I'll just let my buddy drive on Comp 1. To my utter
disappointment THE SAME THING HAPPENED!!!!!!!!!!!
"COULD NOT LOAD TRACK"...Ohhhhhh SHIT!!!!
A month or two ago when I put GPL on computer 2, I burned the TRACKS
directory to a CD. 600 plus megs of tracks from comp 1.
After the error I thought, maybe I can just re-copy the tracks from that CD
again. But... you guessed it, I didn't help!

I don't know what happened?????????????????

The only common thing I can think of is that I installed and ran "GPLW
Carset Manager" on both machines.
I wanted load some of the newer and wonderfully done car updates available.
The night before last I installed The "GPLEA Lotus 49 v.2.0",  "GPLEA
Ferrari 312 36v with Mike Parkes car" v3.1, "GPLEA Brabham BT24 & BT20
v2.1", and "GPLEA Cooper T81 / T81b"
Then I spent the next hour or so having a blast running some laps in each
car and watching replays.

What gives? Did that corrupt something in my GPL installs?
Can I fix this without complete re-installs on both machines?

I did a virus check on everything more than once. None was found!

Any Ideas?
Anybody... anybody...

Try uninstalling the carset manager.  That will at least tell you if THAT'S the
problem.
As for how to get the carset manager to WORK, I don't know...

Sorry..half an answer. :)

If you have Win XP...system restore to when it last worked fine.

If not you can rename the cars folder copy and paste the original car fodler
from the gpl cd and then just add one at a time.

No real problem

Whooo hoo! Success!

I did each dir 1 at a time in the cars67 directory
The culprit was... \GPL\cars\cars67\eagle
Evidently the Eagle was some how corrupt!

Thanks so much for you help guys.
Have a wonderful Christmas!
