The error reads
VXD error expecting V1.4 got V1.2
Can anyone help, I am finally driving at 36fps and love it but man i want
to see everything now. Also I need to get back up to speed here so I can
do some online racing again.

% Well I upgraded my pc to run some games better. With it done I eagerly
% click on my GPL icon and then get an error. When I take glid 2.53 out of
% my GPL directory it runs but i get the blackout problem with graphics.

Thanks, man its been a while since have played this game, I am way off my
