LWFF:does it work in GP3 or does it not work ?

by scrc » Sun, 06 Aug 2000 04:00:00

I haveseen many posts about the LWFF and GP3. They are referring to al kinds
of problems. Is there anyone out there who has got a LWFF running in GP3
without problems, using split axis and with there own LWFF-profile ? What is
necessary to get it working ?

Yes, I had many problems - and it works fine now,

I can't get the accel/brake working on different axis, so I have to report
them combined - but it works ok.

go here and get the control set from here:
http://www.bhmotorsports.com
this is what I got and it worked - make sure you enable control-driven
calibration

check the post by me (WCOutlaw_T) - called GP3 - urgent help, and read the
replies - the guys helped me...

cya later - goodluck...

Phil, just a question, did you have to use the no-cd patch to get GP3 to see
your pedals? Mine would not work until I downloaded the patch from Blackhole
Motorsports.

There is a CON-file on the GP3-CD, in the "Extras/Control Sets"
directory that works for me.

Don,

No, I thought I might of had to use it - as it was mentioned in
the current posts at the time of me buying the wheel, but it
works fine without any patches, etc. - I downloaded the
lastest version of all the Logitech software/drivers from Logitech
and also got the wheel patch from http://www.wingmanteam.com
that takes it from build 532 to 533 or something.

Hope this help - All I used was the page under gp3>controllers
for the wheel - and it works (as long as I select combined axis
for gas/brake pedals)
