Ok, so how is the frame rate in N2?

Here, how about this-

:I have a 486 5x133, and with Nascar1 I could run in SVGA with car
textures, smoke, and 22 cars ahead, 4 behind, and 5 cars audible. Thats
with N1, so is N2 any similar??? Or will it take more of a computer?

Well, on my 5x133, It is considerably slower on my machine than N1. I
have to turn all graphics off except skids/paint, textures, smoke, and
only have 4 ahead and 1 behind and 4 audible. also your graphics card is
important. Mine is a diamond stealth 3200 PCI (blech!!! wish I had a
better one). this game is FINALLY forcing me to upgrade to at least a
P133.
