F1 2001 online help.

I'm having a real problem staying connected. I can connect fine, but after
that there are problems.
These are the problems.
A: After I connect I get removed from game after less then 2 minutes.
Usually in 1:30 - 1:45 seconds.
B: After I get to the practice screen sometimes it shows that I've done 1
practice lap. I just connected, how can that be?
C: When ever I get to the practice screen, it always shows that the time
remaining starts at 1 hour to go, no matter how many times a session I try
to connect. Some sessions have been running for 10 minutes or more, I still
show that I start at 1 hour for practice.
D: Sometimes when I head out of the pits, I'm stuck in Pit help mode, I can
only go 36 mph.

I'm sure it's how my machine connects. I've got all ports open that need to
be open on my router. 1000-8000, 6130, etc.
I've closed down all running programs.
I've reinstalled. Reinstall meant uninstall, then install.

Any ideas out there? I've never had any problem like this before. I'm at
wits end.

My specs:
P3 1 gig
384 MB's memory
500+ MB's swap
V5 5000
Cable connection
WinMe

I do connect through Relay, but F1 2001 starts fine, so I'm sure it's not
Relay. A great program by the way.

Thanks for listening to my rant.
