gp2 control set help-T2

I need someone to send me a control set for the T2 that has different
buttons for gear changes BUT
has gear throttle link turned on. My Gp2 WILL NOT TURN IT ON if I have
different buttons used for gear changes. Or please post a page where these
control sets are at.
