I will the papy nascar game tomorrow, so, i want some help with it :)

setups, carsets, tips, etc ?  (i love oval racing despite been european :P )

Nascar is somehow like the FIA.  It has multiple divisions within it.  The
top is named WinstonCup, while the one under it is called the Busch Grand
National division.  There's 14 division in Nascar, and the newest one being
the NROS (online racing network) at http://www.racesimcentral.net/
