Are there a way to switch to at least 75 hz using nascar 4?
Playing in 60hz really hurts my brain and i get headaches very fast !!
Tried in both OpenGL and D3d !

If you are using an nVidia card, download and use the nvreffix -program,
downloadable from www.tweakfiles.com .

Right click on the desktop anywhere and choose properties.....go to
settings, then click on the advanced button.
Look for adapter tab. Make sure refresh rate says optimal or at least
something above default. If you don't see refresh rate under the adapter
tab, upgrade your drivers from the net.
Good Luck

nope, you're partially wrong. Windows 2000's Direct3D refresh rate is
specially locked in to 60Hz if you don't set it to somewhere else with
dxdiag.exe or install the nvreffix for nVidia cards. This is not the same as
the setting in the control panel. I don't know if/how other cards and their
drivers solve the problem.

2000 has a problem.. if you set it above 75Hz it will always default
back to 60Hz when you reboot.
