N2 Patch - Which do I use?

I guess we've got a different batch in the UK, but we play N2 too.
The dates on my setup.exes on the CD are 4/15/96 (home directory) and
11/25/96 (in the Nascar2 folder).
This doesn't match the dates I've been given for either version (11/6/96
or 11/27/96).
Right clicking on the Sierra Win95 install screen does nothing, left
clicking on the logo in the top left of the screen tells me:
SETUP.EXE  v3.1.0.1
SETUPL.DLL v3.1.0.0

What gives?
Don't us Brits count?  - don't answer that!! ;-)

BTW - setup dates don't change between Explorer and DOS prompt, please
don't tell me to check in DOS.  I have.
