  As far as I can tell, Thunder interacts with your computer exactly like F1
2k2.  So, if you are having controller problems, if you are having graphic
hiccups, if you find something not right, chances are....except oval
specific issues....it's already been covered at least twice for F1 2001 and
F1 2002.
  So dig back through RAS with Google and you'll probably find your question
answered many times over.

I'd go further and say it's nothing more than a mod for F12k2.  I hope
the GT 2002 mod puts it to shame.
