I've been getting the following error message when opening GSB after a
reboot:
listen: WSocket Resolve Proto: Cannot convert protocol 'tcp'
This will then lock GSB. The***solution is to kill GSB with task manager
and reload GSB, which appears to work.
Since this first started happening, I don't think I've ever managed to
connect properly via GSB, as I keep getting disco'd.
The second solution was to uninstall GSB, and then re-install it. Once this
was done, the error message did not reappear, and |I was able to race again
on VROC.
Imagaine my disappointment today when the error message came back, and I got
disco'd from every attempt to join a VROC race.
Can anyone give me some clues as to how I stop this happening, as it is
seriously affecting my enjoyment of GPL/VROC
A suitable reward for the answer.....
