Excuse me? They are good drivers, generally, but damned if they can
find their way around without guidance.
I've had the pleasure of being a passenger when my ex-wife drove us
home one evening and I had to tell her to stop because -'Darling, you
just drove past our house!" -"Oh, I did? I thought I recognized this
street!"
Oh my...

Mishearing "tight left" as "slight left" is always a showstopper.
