Does anyone else use one of these ?

I bought one last night (instead of the SBLive Platinum I had expected to),
and I have to say I'm pretty darned impressed so far!

It sounds excellent, the Rack makes more sense (and has more connectivity)
than the Live Platinums, and it was $50 cheaper.

It also comes with the full Dolby Digital and DTS certified version of
PowerDVD (full version).

All the inputs and outputs most people could ever want as far as I can tell.
Even includes a 4 port hub.

Sounds excellent, and the built-in hardware decoder for MP3 brings the cpu
utilization down to practically zero when playing MP3's.

No installation issues were experienced at all.

This thing has the biggest interconnect cable you've ever seen on a
computer.  Think near-garden-hose :)

I've been looking at that.  Does it support EAX or anything like that?
Could you point me to the maker's website?

Thanks,
Wayne

It supports A3D 2.0, EAX 1.0 and D3D Sound.

I agree.  I have been using for about 2 months.  It is great!

www.hercules.com.  As far as I can tell, it supports EAX and just about
every other 3D sound standard there is...
