Its just in the driver aids along with auto gears and braking help.

There is no auto clutch option in the menus.
The option is also not in the core.ini, app.ini, or player.ini, and it's not
mentioned in the manual either, which mentions quite a few other features
that never made the final release.
So where is it? I thought it needed a hack to enable a manual clutch.

my mistake, it's in nascar4 where you have the auto-clutch option.

Have no idea how it'll work without a shifter, but once you've gotten
rid of the auto-blip anything else just feels like cheating... :-)
