I haven't heard much about folks running GPL on NT with two cpus. Is anyone using this config? I would think that with enough RAM and L2 ram, GPL on NT 4.0 SP5 would be pretty nice. Any comments? Can any of the beta testers comment?
It is nice and a bit faster too. The only reason i'm not using it all the time is that the sound is really bad in GPL under WinNT. And i guess it's not because of my SBLive because i tested it with other sound cards and got
i have a intel pr440fx MB with 128 meg and dual pent pro 200's, if i run GPL under Win98 with full field its jerky :( but if i run GPL under WinNTaka 2000 its as smooth as a babies ***;) and hey get back to the NROS NG <G>
