Has anyone heard of any force feedback steering wheels for the PC?
Last night I played the new Sega arcade games (indy/rally) and the
force feed back in Indy 500 is quite a bit better than the old Sega
games, but still nothing compared to Atari's Race Drivin'.  And going
home to ICR2 on my PC is sooo dissapointing. :(  I wonder when there
will be a real driving simulator for the PC?

Ones in the works, though still on paper at this time.  :( However, im
working with a programmer and im hoping to turn my labor of love into
reality.  Both the hardware and the software.  The only problem is that I
keep hearing "there isnt a market for it", and this game would have to at
least break even for the time put in, for it to be worth the effort to my
friend.  So if anyone wants it, zap me with words of support and hints
that you would probably buy it.  :)

A hundred almost-guaranteed-to-purchase interested players would make it
alot more viable.  :) (to be released as shareware, upgrade to registered
as is becomming common now)

If you could give us all a ballpark price, I'd tell you right away if I'd
buy it.  I have a T1 and it is nice, but the linkage and mechanisms inside
are starting to bind up (It's a cheezy bungie cord inside that gives the
resistance) and three is a nice dead spot in the center.  Tell us some
more about it and you'd prbably get more feedback

You might want to try what I do when the steering wheel gets a little
sloppy or developes a "dead" spot.  Go down to Radio Shack and buy some
"Tuner/Switch" cleaner.  Open up the case on the steering wheel and
shoot some of the cleaner into the pot and work it in by turning the
wheel back and forth for a bit.  This helps me out alot.  If this
doesn't work, contact Thrustmaster and they will send you a new pot.
