Guy-
    Thanks for posting it....but how about an explination of what it
does and how/where to run it. I having just reinstalled F1rs and got
most of my setups etc back in the right dir dont want to risk it without
a little bit more info from the poster.

  it's very simple to use.

In fact, you need to have first a print( hand made or printer) copy of yours
setups because you'll need some information about yours owns originals
setups. This program is for now a Ms-Dos version. VERY IMPORTANT:This
program is not to add in your Ubisoft directory, OH NO !!!!

This utility is centered to find the real neutral zone on avoiding
understeer and oversteer of YOURS owns setups. It's about Your Spring
choice, your dampers choice and it correct it and suggest a solution for
Front ARB and Rear ARB.

So it's about Mechanical Grip, but not cure Aerodynamical problems( Your
wing's angle choice and ride height ). JUst remember that the FRONT ride
height will  always have to be LOWER than the REAR ride height and you'll be
on very good track.
