N2:Variable opponent strength in champ season

I'm not sure about everyone else, but I would have a much more
interesting season if I could set the opponents' strengths to a
different setting for each track during a championship season.  I'm
not a rocket at every track, but at 100%, the AI is downright slow.
I've already determined I must race at 101% at Dega to have any amount
of challenge (hasn't everybody? :-), and recently I won a 200 lapper
at North Wilkesboro by 4 laps over the 2nd place guy.  If I could set
the AI's strength to 101 or maybe a bit higher at tracks I am
particularly good at, I could assure myself that I won't be lapping
cars in my sleep at any of the races during the season.

That's pretty much what the RELS line (in the <track>.txt files) is
for. Increasing the RELS line at a given track will increase the
opponents' speed at that track (Note: opp strength is also used; it's
sort of a multiplying effect...)

Try bumping the RELS line at the tracks where you are kicking ***and
taking names... (Or, increase opp strength overall, and reduce RELS on
tracks where your name is taken... :-) )
