N2002 and 2003 exit problems

I've been having problems with nascar2002 since I got it, and its continuing
with 2003 season.
When I exit the game, my computer freaks out, and nothing on the screen is
legible, subsequently, I have to reboot every time I exit the game.  I have
noticed that this will only happen when I have FSAA enabled.  I use
'quincunx' (sp)??  When I do not use FSAA, I don't have any problems.  I
can't put up with the jaggies, so I will continue to use the fsaa.  I'm just
wondering if any of you have seen this, and if anyone has any suggestions as
to what might be wrong.

here is a brief list of my components

P4 2.0a
Asus P4B266 mobo
768mb ram
VisionTek  GF4 Ti4400 using 41.03 drivers
Audigy 2 sound card
Windows XP home

I've tried different drivers, but they all seem to have the same problems.
