Can anyone tell me if they are having this same problem I'm having with
NFS2SE and my CH Force Fx. Its driving me insane trying to find a
workaround! The problem is that the original drivers that came with the
stick that work fine for every other game I have dont work for NFS2SE.
So, just like the txt file said I used the Direct X5 drivers that came
with the game in the utility file. Now that I'm using this driver the
Feedback works but the game does not respond to the feedback intensity
settings that you control with the slider inside the game. So, in other
words, even though the slider moves left and right like it should, it
does not make the feedback stronger or weaker, only full power or off.
Normally I wouldn't care but the ForceFx at full power is way too much
and after about two laps My wrist is killing me. Also, with this much
force its imposible to keep the car on the road. HELLLLLLLP! If anyone
has a similar problem or no problem at all with the Force Fx and NFS2SE
please let me know so that I can determine if its our freinds at EA's
fault or something wrong with my system. Thanks!
