did you disabled switching on vsync in your display settings?
I have two V2 in SLI (albeit w/ a celery 500) and this gives me
steady 36fps at 800x600 with almost all details on. I don't know
how it will look like on your AMD though.

Is your problem when offline? If so, do you have a pci modem? If yes, disable
the modem before launching gpl. I have the same problem offline. online is

How do you determine frame rate? I know my way around computers and
gave played a number of computer games but have no idea how to get this
info.
