Those seeking to apportion blame should look towards the "Spa...secret
to getting near a 3:20?" thread of late last week.

This gave me the incentive to try and improve my Spa lap-time, and
lead to a 3:21.1, an improvement of 0.2s.  Not quite a 3:20 yet....

I'm OK up to and out of Stavelot, and then it all goes pear shaped at
the corners from then on.  The theoretical "best lap" combining mine
and the GPL benchmark is a 3:19 - so I'm losing a lot on this last
section.  Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Anyway - over to you Eldred :-)

I've given up for now.  The frustrations of the game itself and controller
problems causing me to crash out of yeterday's GP race just pissed me off.  I'm
playing Diablo II for a while.
