Psyg F1 '97 for PC?

I keep seeing references in the newsgroup to a new PC version of Psygnosis F1,
 but all the website and promotional material I see pushes F1 '97 (or CE) for
 Playstation.  Never a reference to PC.  All references to the PC version are
 to the current version.  Does anyone know for sure if a new version is coming
 for PC?
