3D Blaster Banshee and Nascar2 and DOS

I recently installed a 3D blaster Banshee 3D accelerator.  When attempting to
run Nascar2  from DOS, the opening screen shows the 3DFX logo; then the program
locks up with a blank screen.The program runs fine in Windows 98 Any suggestion
to solve this problem is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
