Does anyone know what I will need to run GP3?  NOT the box
requirements, I mean the REAL requirements.:-)

Plus two generations past that.

I read that a preview copy ran on a PIII 600e, V5, 128 MB Ram silky smooth
with all graphics on and a full field of cars.  Forget where I saw this but
I hope it's right since this is my exact rig :-).  BTW, I worry that people
are basing expectations on F1 2000 just because it too is an F1 game.  F1
2000 is based on SCGT which is poorly coded and still runs like ***on my
PC.  I run far better games much faster.

I have to wonder... Are you totally mental? How in the hell
is someone supposed to have this information? If you
wait a week or two after the game is released, this would
be a more reasonable question.

Greg's got a point though . I've seen countless posts like this in the past
few weeks. You can look forward to the same happening with WSC . A week
isn't too long to wait if you claim to be an *** .

Now where did I put that crystal ball :-)

No one you would know.:-)  I got the answer I needed from one of the
more civilized members of this group, and the game runs fine on my
system.

Well I don't do the "who the hell are you anyway" much in this NG.
Mainly in the flightsim NG.

Accepted.  I am sorry for asking what appears to have been a "stupid"
question about a title that hadnt been released yet. I was thinking
more along the lines of the ppl that said they had played it already
(warez),  I cant afford to upgrade my system, and have had very little
luck running some of the other F1 sims out there, so I had to check
from ppl that know about running sims..........NOT the manufacturers.

Cheers

Some one I know in the U.K. is running it (don't know how he got a copy,
he says he's buying a legit one Fri.) on an AMD 350.? He says it runs
well with PO of 80-150.? I don't know what kind of vid card he has, but
he says the graphics look very good.

In my previous post I forgot to mention my friend was running it with all
details on except in mirrors.? It probably is a Warez version.
