NASCAR 2 v. NASCAR 2 50th Anniversary Special Edition

Greetings.  Couple (or three) quick questions:  I've had N2 & Grand National
expansion pack for a while and just got N99 and N2 "50th ANNIV" along with
the Thrustmaster NASCAR Pro Racing Wheel & Pedals for Christmas.

1.  Are there any differences between N2 w/ the GN expansion pack and N2
50th, or should I use the N2 for the rebate and just keep the 50th ANNIV
version?  I haven't played them enough to know, but the 50th ANNIV ED loaded
easier.

2.  How does the Thrustmaster NASCAR Pro Racing setup rate against like
products?

3.  Where might I go to download the 1998 cars and other add-ons?

Thanks for the help.  All info is welcomed.

No. N2 and the BGN expansion pack were repackaged together into the N2 50th
package.

I don't think that you can use a Sierra/Papyrus title for the rebate.

If you have NR1999, all of the N2 and BGN cars and tracks are on the NR1999
disc in the nros folder.

50th Aniv. comes in a pretty new box, only diff.

Can't speak for Thrustmaster, but as long as I've been using my CH
Racing Wheel, with the CH Pedals I have only replaced 1 pot on pedals
and voluntarily replaced the springs in the wheel as I like a very
light feeling wheel.

NASS has a page of carsets for trucks, bgn, and wc for the 98 season.

Hope this helps.
