Checking stock at the computer store where I work, to see if we had
any more copies of NASCAR Racing 2 for a customer, I came across a
Sierra product listed as "NEW" (yet to be shipped) called NASCAR
50th Anniversary Edition.

blinkblink... I presume this is a re-release of N2 ... perhaps with
newer cars instead of the 1996 set?  Anybody know?

Price at our store was $34.99.

You might want to make sure it is not the Playstation version that has
been out for a few weeks now. You can always check out their Website.

AFAIK, The Nascar 50th anniversary edition is some kind of "bundel" (isnt
that what u call it?) of Nascar2 and the BGN-expantion pack. The only
difference from the 2 previous released titles (i.e N2 and BGN) is (again
afaik) that it will feature 1998 drivers and carsets, etc.
