i know it has been included on demo CDs from mags...

 I haven't seen it out on the net yet but keep your eye on allgames or eidos.
It seems that eidos puts there demos out in mags before they get them on the net.

Also (IF I remember right) the demo had to be run from the CD after installing a few files.

I have the demo which came with Pc Gamer. DO NOT expect much realism from
the demo. The final version might be a little better, but all this game is
is an arcade game and NOT a sim. BTW, has anyone seen the ad for Power F1?
Noticed the yellow car? That's an IndyCar, not and F1 car!! They might
have put the car even on the box.
