Legends to N3 conversion

All,

I downloaded the 2 versions of Greenville Pickens some time back and
have just tried to convert them to my N3 now that I finally found a
copy of NLegends.  The tracks come up but when I select "go to track"
I get a message.."can't load complete track".  Has anyone ran into
this or have any ideas what I have done wrong?????  Thanks in advance
for your help!!!

Usually it's one of two things.
A.  The track was never properly converted to D3d.  Try resetting your video
to software and see if it loads.  If it does...you are probably sol for
using it with 3d video.
or:
B.  You didn't get any setups copied over.  Take the setups from a similar
N3 track (like Martinsville?) and copy all the .stg and .st1 files over to
the Greenville folder.

Thanks for the advice, but I still seem to have problems.....1..I am
running to video from the software because I have a Nvidia card and
the game has never liked it.  2..When I look at the files in the game
they do have stg. and st1. files in there.??????????
thanks

Well you have more problems than just the track. Nvidia cards will run
N3/Legends just fine.

each track folder has setups for each track.  So if you want the setups
for Talladega,   look in the folder N3\Tracks\Talledega
there should  be about 7 files that end with either of those two extentions.
good luck...  Your Nvidia card 'should' run N3 just fine in D3D mode,  with
the standard tracks that shipped with the sim.
