What does Raceserver have to do with GPL Rank? All we are doing is providing
a ranking system for the GPL community, we are not doing anything else with
it. It is up to the end users to decide what they want to do with the
rankings.

I'm gonna go back and watch that one myself... :-)

One of the truly great moments in IGPS, and probably the closest finish
in any GPL race...  :-)

I agree the ring has a big influence, but, it is also regarded as the
greatest track. Only a handful of drivers mastered the ring, and they were
invariably the best of their day. Ability at the ring can be a good
barometer of driving talent.

You can do this now. Check out Multiple Choice Hell.

You can seperate drivers into country with Multiple Choice Hell, but at
the moment only one country at a time.

Multiply Choice Hell will let you select chassis, track, and country,
then let you ask for the lap time or the GPLRank rating.

Not sure what you mean by this. Very few people have put in a lap time
with every car at every circuit. You can check this for each person by
looking at "Their best laps", where you see the time for every car and
every track they have done.

Sorry Don, I should have deleted the previous message as you had already
replied to it.  The only new idea was #4, and yes I did mean a rank based on
all cars at all tracks, and yes I doubt many people (if any) have done a
time at all the circuits in all the cars.

And for me some of those tracks with other cars were just tests to see
how I liked the feel of another car at a certain track.  I certainly
didn't spend anytime setting up the car or even bothering to get a
handle on it.  So why would I want those time to reflect my overall
ranking?
