Well, the fact that he mentions that "the only reason that I bought N3
was for the tracks" pretty much explains everything. (Not to long ago, a
guy wrote something about buying the NL game just for the Riverside
track, which is a shame because the rest of the game is pretty good.)
Since they are almost the same tracks as in N1999, I would question the
need to mention that or even to buy the game at all. I like GPL as much
as the next guy, but I still don't see how sending an e-mail saying that
to Papyrus will encourage them to make sims for that particular client.
