GPL track sets UPDATED

GPL track sets UPDATED

by Magnus » Sat, 04 May 2002 07:06:52

The GPL track set changer available for download on the frontpage of
the GPL track database (http://www.racesimcentral.net/) comes with some
ready-to-go track sets like: "Top fun to drive favourite tracks", "UK
tracks", "Club circuits and cosy road courses", "40 oval tracks" and
so on. These track sets are now updated to also include all the cool
new tracks we've seen released the last couple of months

If you don't know what the track set changer does here's a peek in the
read me file:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Minimum bare bones trackset changer utility :-)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A track set file is a file with a list of GPL tracks (written in a
special format
called "seasons" according to the files in your gpl\seasons directory)

This pile o things contains a simple batch file that helps you to
temporary
switch to any custom track set file you want and automatically revert
back to
whatever was there before you began when you're done driving.
Just double click on any custom track set file to temporarily activate
it.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To create your own favourite track set files go to the online GPL
track database
http://www.racesimcentral.net/ and create season.ini text to paste into your
track set files.

When you create your own track set files you can name them just
anything you want
as long as the extension is "*.trackset" like: "My favourite
tracks.trackset".

Cheers!

You're great, Mag. But I'm trying to focus on the Papy tracks so I can improve my
rank! Stop distracting me! ;-)
