finally working again!

Thanks to a joint project with GPL rank the Track Database now shows
the world record lap time and record holder for ALL tracks!
Yes this means world records even on the more unknown tracks. The new
version of GPL rank handles them all. Actually I saw myself as record
holder at some rally stages. This is NOT because I have very good
laptimes but rather me being the only one that have submitted any lap
times for that track so far, hehe!
