I will open soon a place for LAN ***, internet access, etc ...

I was wondering what hardware should be ok, i was thinking in :

20 computers

P2 350
Voodoo3 2000
64 Mb

I think people will play GPL (i hope:)) ), NFS3, Quake3, Half-Life, some
stragecy games, etc ...

do you think this hardware is enough ??

wich games I should install ?? (I ve no idea of not-simracing-games)

Thanks

This has been attempted in CA a couple times in the past decade. Never has
it worked out to be a business that can keep itself afloat financially.

The right computers are not going to be your problem..... the LAN to run
them will be the major costs. I use to host LAN events of 100+ every month
in CA. We had a $30,000 network to run those 100 people, (Thank you Cisco
for the network). Without that kind of network, and with GPL type games,
your LAN *can* begin to lag just like the 'net when you have a full house

in Spain, internet costs 1 US$ hour at home (2Kb/sec is fast)... people cant
play at home they need a place to play together (mostly Quake)

i think is a different story from CA....
