I may have solved my Nascar2 crash/freeze problem

I posted a message here a week or so ago concerning the
frequent crashing and/or freezeing of Nascar2. After
downloading a Award CMOS\BIOS guide I noted in the Advanced
CMOS Setup screen the Fast Gate A20 option was set to
"Normal" instead of "Fast". Apparently it has something to do
with how the system accesses the first 64k of memory
(High Memory) above the first 1 meg of your RAM. I set it to
fast as recommended and so far, touch wood, Nascar2 has not
crashed, frozen or otherwise.

I'm not saying for sure this will help anybody else but it
seems to have for me.

I just love the steering wheels the coin-op games/video games at arcades
have, the ones which are motorized and turn on you as you hit the wall, I
think driving feels much more realistic than with a PC "limp" steering
wheels. Do any of you guys know whether that sort of technology (motorized
s-wheels) will ever come to entertain ordinary PC racing sim users?

Thrustmaster appears to be working on this.
They call it a force feedback wheel.
