N2 Patch Modem Problems

After installing the patch, My friends and I are not able to make any
connections.  The modem setups have not changed from Before the patch.
ANd, we could all connect before the patch.  Now, the modems chat, it
shows our connect speeds, waits a few seconds.  Then, says connection
failed and hangs up.  The red phone nly flashes for a few seconds and
then is gone.  Has any one connected yet since the patch?
The readme file says Multiplayer is now 39.  Does that mean over IPX
networks also?  :)

> Lyman,

I connected no problem but I did have another problem. I was the caller
and was in the same car as the the answerer. We were both in the first
car in the multi list.

Aaron - each of you should customize your MULTI.LST so you have the car you
want to drive as the first car in the list.  Make sure to change the name
from T_PLAYER.CAR if either of you is using a customize version of the "96"
car, and then swap car files.
