Still can't get the game to recognize the steering, brake or clutch axes.
Tried [ESC]-ing out of the key designation, tried resetting everything in
Win98... <sigh>

Any other ideas? I'd really hate to race this thing with a joystick after
dropping coin on the Thomas, but if there's no other option...

I don't have F12K, so this is a guess. Try holding down the pedals when you
start the game(or at least when you go into the config screen). I think I had
to do something like that for SCGT...
